More Blackpool Photographs

I am still amazed as to how quiet it was in Blackpool on such a lovely day, I really like the photographs I took just need to decide what I am going to do with them.

Had a lovely day in Blackpool a couple of weeks ago and took some good photographs. The weather was lovely, but beacuse it was out of season it was very quiet which made it seem a little odd.

Fiona Millais

The work of Fiona Millais is based on the coasts of Cornwall and Scotland and are landscapes and still life which quite often appear together, creating a juxtapositon between the outside and the inside. She is intrigued by how landscapes are shaped and the traces left by our predecessors. Paintings are made after the completion of a journey and they evolve from drawings, memory and recorded thoughts.
